Jan 2018 - Present | Computer Systems Officer, Qld Dept of Education My current role is Directory Services Management within Information Security Services. This involves monitoring and reporting on a range of indicators to ensure the identity and access management systems are functioning optimally I manage the digital certificates used to secure communication for the identity and asccess control servers. I represent the IAM Manager on the Change Committee by providing advice when necessary and reporting on change activities related to IAM I manage operating system and software patching for critical IAM systems that are not part of the automatic patching routine. I am the Project Manager for SSO Federation projects that involve IAM. I seek out information on current technologies that might affect IAM and report to the IAM Manager as necessary. Previously I had an role in IAM Operations and I have experience with all aspects of Identity and Access Management within the Department of Education.
